Important Information Special Conditions
1. Jungle Tours will endeavour to adhere to all tour details as published, however, circumstances beyond our control such as road, weather conditions or routine maintenance, may require us to alter/cancel any route, itinerary, departure or completion time, without notice but with full consideration for your enjoyment. We recommend passengers arrange suitable travel insurance to cover these factors. 2. 'Depart Time' refers to when the tour departs the city location, this is not the pick up time. All times are approximate. 3. 'Optional Add On Activities for Go Wild Overnight Tour' include return transfers from Cape Tribulation accommodation. CHILD RATES: Children 14 years of age and under receive a discount on application, where applicable. Children under 16 years of age are not permitted to travel unless accompanied by an adult. Infants (0-3 years inclusive) are unable to travel on any Cape Tribulation Tour. BLOCKOUT DATES: No tours operate Christmas Day (25 Dec) or 10 June, Jungle Surfing also closed New Years Day (1 Jan). Ocean Safari closes every year for the month of February for maintenance.
Booking Information
Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking. unless booked within 4 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour. All booking confirmations will be subject to availability. Fares, itineraries and days of operations are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances or operational limitations.
Hotel Pickup
Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour from selected CBD hotels and common Pick up locations. Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you complete contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) for our local operator to organize pick-up arrangements.
