Cancellation Policy

Private Charters: 50% fee will apply for cancellations made within 7 days and 100% applies within 48 hour of the planed departure time. All other cancellations outside this time will incur a 20% administration cancellation fee. No refunds will be given on catering within 7 days of charter date. Scheduled Per Seat Tours: 50% fee will apply for cancellations made within 24 hours and 100% applies to no shows on the day of the tour. All other cancellations outside this time will incur a 20% administration cancelation fee. No refunds will be given on catering within 7 days of charter date. Jet Ski Adventures: Cancellation by the Guest: 50% fee will apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice and 100% applies for no shows on the day of the booking. Cancellation by the Operator: In the first instance the guest will be offered an alternate date/tour option, in the event no alternative is available a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
