Important Information Special Conditions
Pick-up is available from selected hotels, hostels, and locations in central Melbourne. You will be able to arrange pick-up from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation. Please be ready and waiting outside your hotel 10 minutes prior to your scheduled pick-up time. We use modern 24-34 seater vehicles, with high back non-reclining seats and seat belts You can change your pick-up point after a booking has been made, please do so 48hrs prior to departure.
Booking Information
Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking. unless booked within 4 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour. All booking confirmations will be subject to availability. Fares, itineraries and days of operations are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances or operational limitations. A fuel levy may apply when world oil prices exceed the allowance in the fare. There is limited luggage allowance on the Day Tours. Please check with the supplier directly in case you are carrying more luggage on the tour day.
Hotel Pickup
Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour from selected CBD hotels and common Pick up locations. Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you complete contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) for our local operator to organize pick-up arrangements.
