For safety reasons the museum suggests covered, flat and comfortable shoes for visitors? safety. High heels are not permitted on the museum?s vessels. Open-toed shoes, sandals and thongs are discouraged. Adults are not permitted to carry infants and children in arms on the vessels for personal safety reasons. Children must be taller than 90cm to go onboard the vessels. ON HOT DAYS to ensure visitor safety, we close all vessels when the temperature reaches 36ø Celsius. Smoking, food, beverages and videography are not permitted on board any vessel or in the lighthouse. Photography and cameras are permitted on board vessels and in the lighthouse. Large bags should be deposited at the Museum?s cloakroom before boarding or visiting the lighthouse and vessels. Cloakroom service is provided free of charge.
