Important Information Special Conditions
Tours depart approximately 7:30am from Cairns and 8:15am from Port Douglas. Tours return approximately 7:30pm to Cairns and 6:30pm to Port Douglas. Tours operate daily except 10th June and Christmas Day (25th December) with Jungle Surfing also closed New Years Day Itineraries may operate in reverse or in a different sequence. Return transfers (pick up & drop off) included. Transfers not available from private residences (including AirBnB properties) guests will need to make their own way to another pickup location. Children under 4 years not permitted on this tour.
Booking Information
Confirmation in the form of a tour voucher will be received at time of booking. unless booked within 4 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability Upon completion of purchase, please print the voucher and present on day of the tour. All booking confirmations will be subject to availability. Fares, itineraries and days of operations are subject to change due to unforseen circumstances or operational limitations.
Hotel Pickup
Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour from selected CBD hotels and common Pick up locations. Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up.
