Overview
Cruise along the waters off the Gold Coast spotting migrating humpback whales as they travel up and down the east coast. This scenic cruise departing Surfers Paradise will get you up close to these majestic animals as they swim and play in the waters just off the coast. Out on the water for around 3 hours, you'll be treated to spectacular views of the beautiful Gold Coast region while also keeping your eye out for breaching, spy hopping and tail slapping humpback whales. Aboard a purpose built whale watching vessel, you'll be able to look out from the various platforms to spot whales, however, if you're cruise doesn't have sightings you'll be invited back on another cruise completely free of charge. The cruise departs Surfers Paradise at 8.30am, 10.30am, 12.30pm and 2.30pm. The 7am cruise is also available on selected dates. This is a great cruise for visitors to the region and locals looking to get out on the water as it is the only cruise departing Surfers Paradise.
