Peak season surcharge of $30- per person applicable to all tours 1st February 2019 - 12th February 2019 inclusive. All times are an INDICATION only. Please note that times do change summer/winter/spring, exact start times given on receipt of your full booking details. For Passengers with Weight or Mobility or Pregnancy queries - please phone us to discuss before booking online. Weather Cancellations : cancellations made by the Operator due to inclement weather will entitle the customer to a full refund of the Fare Price. Minimum Age: Requirement Children must be a minimum of THREE years old to travel on the balloon flight and children up to the age of TWELVE years old must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the balloon flight. Children aged THIRTEEN to SEVENTEEN years old can travel on the balloon flight by themselves, but must be accompanied by a responsible adult for the rest of the tour including bus transfers. Children less then THREE years old may travel with their parents on the tour, but must remain on the ground in the company of at least one parent while the other parent takes the balloon flight and in this situation the parents have the option to fly on successive balloon flights when available. Adult prices will apply from FIFTEEN (15) years old.

Hotel Pickup
Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour from selected CBD hotels and common Pick up locations. Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up.
