Important Information Special Conditions

Most rides will require Red guests to be accompanied by a paying adult (18+). All rides have height requirements. Tickets are priced and sold according to height (measured with shoes on). To redeem Unlimited Rides Day Passes, please ensure that your clients present your printed booking confirmation voucher at the ticket office, located at the front entrance. Your confirmation voucher will be exchanged for the appropriate height rides pass wristband. Please note that if a pass has been purchased at the incorrect height for the holder, upgrade fees may apply. All pass recipients must be present at the time of redemption so that their height can be verified and the wristband can be attached by staff. The visitor?s wristband must remain securely attached to their wrist at all times during their visit. Torn or damaged wristbands will not be accepted for entry to rides or attractions, including North Sydney Olympic Pool. Please note that some attractions require enclosed footwear. Loose items and bags are unable to be taken on many of our rides. Lockers are located throughout the Park for use as storage throughout the day.

To the extent permitted by law, and without limiting the application of Australian Consumer Law and the Consumer Guarantees, no refunds, credits or replacements will be given if Luna Park Sydney's operating hours vary from those advertised (for reasons including but not limited to adverse weather or private functions); any rides or sideshow games are closed for any reason (including but not limited to maintenance or repair); if you have changed your mind about the ordered products; and/or if you make an incorrect choice.
