Overview

Enjoy a Gold Coast surfing lesson at Main Beach in a lovely natural environment just a few minutes north of Seaworld at an area called The Spit. This beautiful spot near Surfers Paradise is one of the last undeveloped areas on the Gold Coast and it is a well known surfing spot for locals in the know! Protected by the Seaway wall, The Spit provides perfect conditions for beginners and intermediate level surfers. Get Wet Surf School is a locally owned and operated family business. Get Wet have been operating for over 8 years now and prior to that we have been involved in local tourism for decades. We are known to provide a safe, fun and memorable surfing experience on the Gold Coast where customer service is our top priority and we guarantee that you stand up on your board or we give you your money back! All the equipment that you need will be provided for you, just bring a smile and we take care of the rest. You can also pay an additional charge and we can take action photos of you in the surf! Cancellation Policy

As standard, 24 hours notice must be given for full refund, up to 12 hours prior partial refunds may be given depending on the nature of the cancellation, but this will be at the operators discretion and a 20% re-booking fee may apply if you re schedule. If it is deemed unsafe to proceed by the operator due to poor surf conditions at the scheduled time, we will offer an alternative booking time for you and if it is not possible due to travel commitments to reschedule a full refund will be offered. If you are not at the designated pick up location at the correct time or if you arrive for the lesson more than 10 min late the class will have commenced and you will not be able to attend and your fees with be forfeited.
