Overview
There are only two everglades systems in the world and you can find one of them here on the Sunshine Coast. Head outdoors to Australias very own Noosa everglades on a half day eco wilderness cruise with roast lunch! Passengers will discover the tranquil mirrored river waters, untouched wilderness and wildlife on this river cruise. Be amazed by this hidden gem that travels along Lake Cootharaba and the Everglades waterways. Listen to the sights and sounds of nature as you make your way to the first top at Fig Tree Point for a short guided nature walk. The second stop is a historic timber hut called Harry's Hut before settling in for a riverside morning tea. There is ample time to meet and photograph the wildlife here and swim in the pristine waters. The eco cruise will then slowly travel back to Noosa along Cootharaba for a delicious roast lunch. This incredible half day cruise departs from Habitat Noosa at 9.30am and returns at 2pm with complimentary hotel transfers available from Sunshine Beach and Noosa.
