Check-In and Boarding Please check-in and collect your boarding pass at least 30 minutes prior to your cruise departure time. We encourage paperless check-in, you are not required to bring a print-out of your booking. Boarding commences 15 minutes prior to cruise departure time. Weather Cruise dates and times may be changed or cancelled due to weather and passenger numbers, please check our daily updates on our website to confirm your cruise. Tours are free for infants under 4 years. Child price applies for children aged 4 15.

Changes or refunds can be made up to 24 hours prior to travel at no extra cost (except groups/charters). Cancellations within 24 hours or no shows will not be refunded. If we cancel a cruise due to weather or any unforeseen circumstance a transfer or full refund will be offered.
