Book this Sydney wine blending session here for a fun and informative insight into wine making! Head to the Urban Winery in Sydney at The Entertainment Quarter and sit down with a head wine maker in groups of four to explore the aromas and structure of six single variety red wines. Then get creative and allow your tastebuds to guide you in a wine making experience. Each group is given 30 minutes to come up with their own unique wine blend which can consist of Shriaz, Merlot, Petit Verdot or Tempranillo. Each group of four will taste each others blend and be judged by your fellow wine makers with a winner appointed on the tour. If you really like your own blend, you can purchase the blend and have it personally labelled and delivered to you after the tour. The wine blending sessions run on Tuesdays and last for 2 hours from 11am or 3pm. This is a great activity for all wine connoisseurs whether you are a local or a visitor.
