Cancellation Policy

i. Bookings cancelled within 48-hours of scheduled departure time are non-refundable. Bookings amended to another date and/or time within 48-hours of scheduled departure time are subject to a rescheduling fee of $49 per person. Participants that fail to present themselves 30 minutes before their Zipline (no show) will forfeit 100% of their payment. ii. Bookings cancelled more than 48-hours before scheduled departure time are subject to a $25 cancellation charge per person and the balance shall be refunded. Subject to availability such bookings may be amended once free-of-charge. Any subsequent amendments or cancellations will be subject to the cancellation charges set out in these Terms.
